How to Apply

Application materials for the 2013/14 Competition for CIHR Fellows in Public Health Policy and the Collaborative Program in Public Health Policy are now closed.

Students can apply to either the CIHR Strategic Training Program in Public Health Policy OR the Collaborative Program in Public Health Policy OR BOTH the Training Program and the Collaborative Program through the following online applications. It is expected that in most cases students will apply to both programs.

Please ensure that you are using the correct online application form.

Application Components

The complete application package includes the following:

1. Please refer to one of the following checklists which provide a detailed listing of the application components for both the CIHR Fellowship and the Collaborative Program

1. Application Checklist for those applying to the CIHR Strategic Training Program or the Combined CIHR Strategic Training Program and the Collaborative Program in Public Health Policy
2. Application Checklist for those applying to ONLY the Collaborative Program in Public Health Policy

2. Please complete one the following Online Application Forms.

1. Online Application for applying to the CIHR Strategic Training Program and the Collaborative Program in Public Health Policy
2. Online Application for those applying to ONLY the CIHR Strategic Training Program in Public Health Policy
3. Online Application for those applying to ONLY the Collaborative Program in Public Health Policy

The application deadline for the 2013/14 Competitions was March 22, 2013. Candidates will be notified by June 24, 2013.
